Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta

Your staff was friendly from the start but really went out of their way to help with a problem. I live in Charleston,sc went to Alpharetta for a soccer tournament and then joined family in Tenn for a vacation. In route to Tenn I received a call from Mr. Cory Thomas informing me that I left my iPad in the room. I was a bit panicked but Cory said he would be happy to help. Advised me to send a FedEx shipping label to him and he promised to get it to FedEx. A promise he and other staff members kept. Saving me a ton of grief. Thank to the crew.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a good size. We especially liked that there was a loveseat with enough space for 2 to comfortably sit instead of a single chair like some hotels. The full size toiletries in the shower was a plus. Check in & check out process was pretty quick, wasn’t charged a big deposit like some other hotels.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. I was charged for food after I checked out around 6am 10/29/23. The charge was made around 3:49p. The manager didn’t want to remove the charge.

No free breakfast, requested room cleaned but, never done. Also, had to request more towels, waited til next day to get. Ice machine near elevator nit working.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Travis and Izaiah were top notch! Everything was wonderful from location to cleanliness!
